Comfortable stay, convenient location, with free Wi-Fi that made it easy to plan our day trips and quick access to a 24-hour reception for any needs we had during our visit.

I had a short stay in a Standard Queen Room. The check-in process was quick, and I appreciated the decent TV and the cleanliness of the bathroom amenities. However, I was shocked by the management's harshness regarding a minor checkout time issue, which really dampened my experience.

It was just a great match for a cursory stop in Riverside with definitely value for money. The AC worked great despite being filthy. Bring your own supplies to make your stay more comfortable.

The stay at Sands Motel in Riverside was frustrating at best. First off, the room was supposed to have two queen beds, but we only got one, which was uncomfortable for a family of four. The smell of smoke lingered in the supposedly nonsmoking room, making it hard to breathe until I bought air fresheners. The door handle was broken, forcing us to kick the door open every time we entered. I had to get new room keys three times due to the faulty lock. Rolling over in bed was a noisy affair because of the plastic covering under the sheets. To top it off, there were no amenities like a hair dryer, microwave, or fridge despite what was advertised. On a brighter note, I must say the shower provided hot water, which was a relief amidst all the chaos.
